Using up to date Gutsy, This only happens in Epiphany but not in Firefox.
To reproduce:
1. Open a new tab with flash content(youtube for example and start a movie
playing)
2. With the movie playing close the tab.
3. Sound can still be heard from the movie.
4. Closing Epiphany leaves an Epiphany process in the process list.
** Affects: epiphany-browser (Ubuntu)
