Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: gnome-games
1. Open glChess (Applications->Games->Chess) and start a new game.
2. Specify any max move time and start the game.
3. Move once. Let opponent move.
4. When your turn again, notice how your move time clock has NOT reset to max
move time but continues to count down.
Not resetting the move time clocks leads to games ending prematurely
after move time clock counts to 0, as whoever's clock finishes first,
loses.
