Public bug reported:
This sounds similar to bug #13265, but I don't think it's the same.
I sent myself a message from someone's computer using Apple Mail. It had
an attachment with spaces in the filename. When I went to save the
attachment from Evolution, it replaced the spaces with %20, which is
unnecessary and ugly. I could go fix them, but there's nothing wrong
with spaces in the middle of a filename in 2007.
Here's a snippet of the message source. Note that the original filename
DID have an apostrophe in it, so I preserved that here:
--Apple-Mail-3--196100704
Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64
Content-Type: image/jpeg; x-unix-mode=0644; name=Richard's Example Filename.jpeg
Content-Disposition: inline; filename="Richard's Example Filename.jpeg"
