Public bug reported: Binary package hint: epiphany-browser
For Firefox there exists an firefox-launchpad-plugins which installs a bunch of handy search plugins for searching for bugs. For epiphany, which has smart bookmarks, this could just be installed by default. It currently has the debian and gnome links by default, but not ubuntu. Why not just kick the debian/gnome links out and put some ubuntu related links in there, together with some smart searches for launchpad and the ubuntu forums? Suggested priority: wishlist This off course should not be post upstream, this is a distro-issue. Suggested links: Ubuntu -> www.ubuntu.com (tags: Ubuntu, Help) Ubuntu News -> fridge.ubuntu.com (tags: Ubuntu, News) Search on Ubuntu Forums -> ?? it uses a searchid .. does somebody know how to 'url' this? (tags: Search) Search for Ubuntu Bugs -> https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bugs?field.searchtext=%s (tags: Search) Also missing, which should be a default smart bookmark is: Wikipedia -> http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Search/%s (tags: search) ** Affects: epiphany-browser (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- epiphany does not have launchpad customizations by default https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/137491 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is a bug contact for epiphany-browser in ubuntu. -- desktop-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
