Public bug reported:
Using a multi-monitor setup, when deskbar-applet is behind another
window it will "follow" it to another screen. To reproduce: open
deskbar-applet so that it shows a search field, open a terminal (for
example), place it so that it overlaps and is in front of deskbar-
applet. Drag the terminal window to another screen, the deskbar-applet
follows the terminal window to that screen.
