If I look at an e-mail containing an ics file which has a start or end
date in 24h format, the time is displayed in 12h format.
For example, DTSTART:20060319T230500Z is displayed in the mail as 11:05
(11:05 AM) but then correctly added to the calendar as 23:05 (11:05 PM).
