The users-admin application in gnome-system-tools version
2.20.0-0ubuntu1 does not show groups with a group id of less than 100.
This seems to have been previously reported as bug 70850 which was
rejected by Gnome upstream. There is a gconf key, "/apps/gnome-system-
tools/users/show_all", that is supposed to all you to see system users
and groups. However, checking this gconf key had no effect for me.
