I'm a native french person and my opinion on this is that Ignorer is clearly confusing ( another french person than me in Québec had the same reaction than me once, I can't tell for "all people" but it's clear for me that the actual translation can lead to confusion).
By my opinion : Annuler is clearer, but that doesn't mean the same things than Skip. Annuler seems to mean that the copy process will be stopped and that's wrong. Sauter is the best real translation with Ignorer, but it will not be comprehensible, and Ignorer will lead to confusion it that case. So my best choice is Conserver, which doesn't directly mean "Skip" but will be the clearer option that any native French person will immediatelly understand. When reading "Conserver" and "Remplacer", I immediatelly know the consequences of each actions. It's not the case with "Ignorer" and "Remplacer". I think that Conserver and Remplacer are the most oftenly used words in other OS.
