Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-panel

I don't know if I can offer more information , as I didn't see anything more on
the screen than what I have said, and the window offered to report a error,
so I choose to do so, in hopes of being sent a correction to fix this error and
in the process, would help others.
I wish i could offer more. I am new to using Ubuntu. Contact me if there is a
way a can help further.
