- we use gksu now.
* debian/rules:
- dropped hack to distinguish between Ubuntu's / Debian's use of
gksudo/gksu.
* debian/control:
- dropped lsb-release as a Build-Dependency - not needed anymore.
* debian/patches/menu-change.patch:
- added X-KDE-SubstituteUID=true (Malone: #34598)
