Public bug reported: Binary package hint: gnome-panel
When gnome starts, the panel is invisible - i.e., only desktop wallpaper with icons on it is shown. However, menu appears after any click on the desktop. If you click on the place where the menu should be, it correctly handles the click - appears with the menu item open. This happens every time since one of the latest gutsy updates. P.S. Might have something to do with the fact that I'm using compiz/emerald - some redraw issue. ** Affects: gnome-panel (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- gnome-panel is invisible after gnome starts https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/148413 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is a bug contact for gnome-panel in ubuntu. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
