Binary package hint: yelp
>From the Help pages of the "Network Settings" tool, I clicked on the
"GNOME feedback page" link in the "About this Document" page. The link's
URI is "ghelp:gnome-feedback". When I clicked on it, I get an error
dialog saying "Could not load document: The Uniform Resource Identifier
‘ghelp:gnome-feedback’ is invalid or does not point to an actual file."
I imagine this is a Yelp bug, but I really don't know.
