Actually in Gnome Alt+F2 dialog, the Up key browses history from the
oldest command entered, and the Down key browses from the newest. I
think this is correct behaviour, as it is what a user should expect from
a drop-down list. Thus I'm marking this bug as invalid. Thanks for the
report, though !
