After uninstalling the "evolution" package in System > Administration >
Synaptic Package Manager, the menu item in Applications > Office is
still there, and shows an error message when clicked.
I should probably note that evolution-common, evolution-data-server,
evolution-data-server-common, and evolution-webcal are still installed
because of dependencies.
