When displayconfig is running in failsafe mode, it's not possible to
choose the keyboard settings, and once you have chose the driver, it's
rebooting with the wrong keyboard settings in GDM (qwerty keyboard
instead of azerty). It can be extremely disturbing for the user unless
he perfectly knows the qwerty layout.
