Well, today I've made a clean install of 7.10. Even on Live CD install ,window title bar fonts were extremely huge. After install I could see the same huge font on login screen and, like on Live CD, on tittle bars. Font on tittle bars has changed after switching to non-default metacity theme but remained the same (huge) on login screen.
