Description:
When editing a document on a volume mounted using SSHFS
http://fuse.sourceforge.net/sshfs.html
the file fails to save, presenting a bar under the toolbar which says:
"Could not save the file <file path>. You do not have the permissions necessary
to save the file. Please, check that you typed the location correctly and try
again."
Additionally, the buttons on the toolbar actually disappear and are
replaced by solid yellow. Strange...
