That issue happens when some package ship the autogenerated by mistake.
When the app is fixed, dpkg clean them on upgrade because they were
shipped by the package. Ekiga package had that issue and that's fixed
now. People having their index broken can run "sudo scrollkeeper-
rebuilddb" to fix it. I'm marking the bug as fixed since it was a
transitionnal bug on a unstable distribution, the package causing it is
fixed. Feel free to reopen if you disagree
