Public bug reported:
OpenOffice 2.2, OpenOffice 2.3, or PDF Creator on Microsoft Windows XP
to create a PDF and send to a Ubuntu user. The Chinese characters are
completely broken.
Ubuntu generated PDF documents are fine.
