Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. Unfortunately, this is not a bug in nautilus but a limitation in the ssh / sftp standards. They don't allow to transfer user and group names yet. There is work in progress on these standards and Gnome, where nautilus comes from, does have this on their ToDo list. However, until standards are completed and this is also implemented in ssh / sftp servers, this issue cannot be solved yet. Please feel free to continue to report any other bugs you may find.
