Binary package hint: nautilus
I've changed setting of encoding.
default is ko_KR.UTF-8. but i changed to ko_KR.EUC-KR after install ubuntu
gutsy.
I also changed below 2 files.
/etc/environment
/etc/default/locale
finally, i've changed GDM locale to EUC-KR at the GDM login screen.
after login, files or directories looks good. they presents correct EUC-KR
character in terminal and nautilus.
But the problem is that new Directory or new file was created in Nautilus, is
only used UTF-8.

I made a folder named "한글테스트" in nautilus.
that's looks good in nautilus.
But in terminal, only "한글테스트' folder crashed. just like ?????
additionally, my terminal encoding is EUC-KR too.
in feisty fawn. I have no problem about this.
