Reopening as I went to make a new bug about this and found this one already
existed.
e.g. I live in Melbourne, Australia. I told the installation app that is where
I live. If I add the weather applet to the panel, I would expect it to be
already set to Melbourne, Australia.
I'm not sure what specific is needed, but I will willingly give it if asked.
