Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-session

Problem :
When you open the system > preference > sessions windows and uncheck the items
you don't need (typical example is bluetooth applet for those who don't have
bluetooth) this has no effect on your session file and all the items are still
launched.

Reproduce this :
Go to system > preference > sessions, uncheck bluetooth applet and save your
session (with gnome-session-save command for instance) then open your
.gnome2/session file you will see that bluetooth applet is still launched.

Where it becomes annoying :
Many users are experiencing long login time and loading things you don't need
despites you unchecked the corresponding items correctly can be really
frustrating.

** Affects: gnome-session (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
