I though I was the only one to have this problem but it seems not.
Since I upgraded my laptop HP nx6310 from 7.04 to 7.10 (after formatting
earlier installation)
my screen doesn't turn off when I close it, even if I have chosen this option
in Preference->Power Manager
In fact screen can turn off during the boot, but after the login it doesn't
work anymore.
2 other customers have the same problem with 2 differents laptops, dell & sony
