** Changed in: rhythmbox (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided => Wishlist
Assignee: (unassigned) => Ubuntu Desktop Bugs (desktop-bugs)
Status: New => Incomplete
** Summary changed:
- Bad for media library
+ It can only have one music library
** Description changed:
Binary package hint: rhythmbox
Rhythmbox is bad for media library.
You can only specify your library location to one place.
But I have example /home/me/Music but also /media/music/
It would be better if you could specify a list of locations instead of
just one location.
I used a music player software called musikCube it was much better. You
could select "Synchronize" and it would quickly re-scan and add new
files to the library, and remove entries from the library that are
deleted files.
-
- You cannot right-click on the 'Track', 'Title', 'Genre', 'Artist',
- 'Album' and 'Time' things to add/remove the ones you want, example if
- someone wanted to add 'Bitrate', 'Year' or 'Rating' to the details
- displayed in the media library.
