Hey,
this has been an issue for me since a couple versions back.
Hibernate the computer, resume the computer (appears to work properly).
(This might be an extra issue but the battery monitor will also crash and there
will be a message box asking me if i want to restart)
System -> Quit...
Notice that the hibernate and suspend buttons are missing.
My system is a Thinkpad T43
