If a nautilus window has a dialog box open, then all other nautilus windows are
unresponsive until that dialog box has been resolved. For example, if copying
a file and a dialog box comes up and asks you a question, such as to skip or
replace the copying of a file, then all other nautilus windows will not allow
you to interact with them until you have answered the dialog box for the
nautilus window in question.
The expected behavior is that you can delay answering the question and use any
other nautilus window except for the one that displayed the dialog box.
