THE PROBLEM (HOW TO REPRODUCE THE BUG)
1) Right-click once on the clock on the kicker panel.
2) Left-click once on "Adjust Date & Time".
3) Enter my root password.
4) Click OK.
5) Adjust Date & Time.
It opens the dialog but it is block so I try clicking in Unlok but it is
not available it's all in grey.
When doing the same but on Sistem - Administration there is no problem.
