Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-media

My apologies if this has already been reported, but the reports I looked
at seemed different.

I cannot seem at all to find a particular reason for this crash; some
time ago the gnome-volume-control stopped working. When right clicking
on the Volume Applet and clicking "Open Volume Control" the program
would show up in the bottom task bar then close. After opening gnome-
volume-control with a terminal I found it was a segmentation fault. That
is all I know, sadly.
