** Attachment added: "screenshot showing spots of strange behave"
   http://launchpadlibrarian.net/10804747/nautilus_openfile.png

** Description changed:

  Binary package hint: nautilus

I noticed this strange behave when navigating in Nautilus.

  My settings:
  list mode + single click

  Description:
when I expand several folders and sub-folders by clicking on the arrows or
using the keyboard (shift+left, shift+right) and leave one file highlighted
with the cursor, it can be opened when I click in specific spots. The spot is
between the navigation arrow and the folder icon, from the bottom to half
height.

The highlighted file is opened whenever I click on that particular spot
to either expand or collapse folders. The folders and the file are
located in the same main directory. I noticed that while working with my
- files and repeated it creating some files and folders. I tried to attach
- a screenshot, but I don't know how.
+ files and repeated it creating some files and folders. I attached a
+ screenshot aiming those areas.

  Regards
