I can reproduce this fairly reliably. 1. Start Epiphany. 2. Maximize the window. 3. Close the window. 4. Start Epiphany again. It should be maximized. 5. Double-click title bar. This should restore the previous window size, which it does, but the window immediately springs to full screen size. 6. Any method of maximizing or minimizing Epiphany switches between real-full-screen and full-screen size windows.
