It wont play anything I used a new dvd as well as an older one . and even a
avi file file from the net . I looked up the codecs for the player because the
movie player said I needed them but when I tried to put them in the command
line it said there was no codecs package . I really like ubuntu And someday I
would like to just get rid of windows from my machine and stay with ubuntu
full time. Im a first time user of ubunty so im sure its something im doing
wrong. I think I need a step by step guide to get through this. but if theres
any help you could give me it would be great. thanks for the help .
