Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: yelp

I am reading gnome-schedule user guide. This document has a external
link to a Wikipedia article.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Click on the external link. Automatically Mozilla Firefox opens the external
link correctly
2. Go to yelp and click on any internal link (link to a other section of the
document). The click does not work.
