1. Connect an iPod to the computer.
What happens:
1. The iPod appears on the desktop.
2. "Music Player" opens with "Music" selected in the side pane.
What should happen:
1. The iPod appears on the desktop.
2. "Music Player" opens with the iPod selected in the side pane.
