Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-terminal

I detached a tab when I only had one tab. This created one window with one tab
and one window with no tabs.
I then used the menu to detach a tab from the window with no tabs.
This causes all gnome-terminals to crash.
I know this is kind of a pathological thing to do, but I was surprised that
all the terminals died.
If there is no open terminal in a window dethach tab should be greyed out
probably
