Hi all,
There is something I came to know which could have influenced things as well
although I don't know how to set it right.

[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ apt-cache policy libgnomevfs2-0
libgnomevfs2-0:
  Installed: 1:2.21.91+svn20080131r5441+bbot-1
  Candidate: 1:2.21.91+svn20080131r5441+bbot-1
  Version table:
 *** 1:2.21.91+svn20080131r5441+bbot-1 0
        500 http://www.sofaraway.org gstreamer0.10/ Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status
     1:2.20.1-1ubuntu1 0
        500 http://archive.ubuntu.com hardy/main Packages

Yes, I'm subscribed to a third-party repository for gstreamer, firefox-
minefield, totem, rhythmbox, brasero & miro. Could that have influenced
this bug?

If so, how do i get back to the official one?

I usually do an sudo aptitude update, do the safe-upgrade & full-upgrade
after seeing there are no conflicts & then do a sudo aptitude autoclean.
Suggestions are all welcome.
