You have been subscribed to a public bug:

The new Clock applet in Hardy Heron has its own dialog for changing time
and date. This dialog looks and feels really primitive compared to the
one we already have in System > Administration > Time and Date, and
having two different programs to change the time and date contrasts with
the design philosophies.

To reproduce:
* Bring up the normal Time and Date dialog; System > Administration > Time and
Date.
* Bring up the Clocks Time and Date dialog; Right click the clock and select
Adjust date and time.

** Affects: gnome-panel (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
