I don't think so. 329923 sounds more like a complaint that the capture control isn't exposed in the default (out of the box) Gnome Volume Control. You have to go into preferences and check it, he didn't find it intuitive. My bug is that the 'Mic Boost' control is completely missing from GVC (wasn't listed in preferences) and I had to control it from the console using Amixer. --------------------------------- Make Yahoo!
