Thanks for your bug report. I looked at the source and it seems to be
/usr/lib/python2.4/site-packages/deskbar/__init__.py line 68 which needs
changing for that. I'm somewhat hesitant to change it, as upstream seems to
have experienced problems with long history files. If you could try and check
how it works for you, I'd propose to upstream to thing about changing it.
