hardy alpha 4 , if x has been shutdown and restarted during a session
when going to system>quit it takes more than 1 minute to display the
shutdown dialog , during this time the desktop is inactive mouse moves
but icons and menu's do not recieve clicks keyboard input is not
recieved .after dialog is displayed shutdown is normal.
