Public bug reported:

If you visit a website via https that has a self signed ssl certificate where
the hostname don't match, epiphany doesn't show the website. There is no call
back about the ssl certificate. Firefox asked if you real want to entere this
website. This should epiphany also do.
Example website: https://webmail.juliux.de in epiphany I only get a blank site,
no error nothing.
