I've already realised that level of power (in %) freezes when plugging in a cable. It's not correct like I've previously posted. So, if I want to have correct values I must unplug and then plug cable. It may be connected with these two options: "Reduce backlight brightness" "Dim display when idle" I'm not 100% sure but I think that when they're unchecked this bug appears.
