Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager
Using the latest Hardy pre-release, updated 2-27-08. Laptop is a Sager
NP2092. The power manager does not update it's status unless I plugin or
unplug the AC adapter from the machine. Then it updates to the correct
state as of that moment, but does not update again until I change the
power state again. The output of "cat /proc/acpi/battery/BAT1/*" is:

Note the "present rate" line shows 0 mA. I suspect this is the root of the
problem. How else can I help correct this?
