Binary package hint: nautilus
I usually feel this UI shortcoming, when I want to create "new directory"
but there may be other cases
ps.: I can achieve "new dir" with ctrl+shift+N,
but I'd like to have a button near zoom and list type controls
(the way it is in GTKmade "Save as" dialogs)
