You have been subscribed to a public bug:
amd64 Hardy up-to-date as of Feb 29, using GNOME.
I'm sorry that I don't know which package to report this against, as I'm not
sure what actually controls the Alt-F2 launcher.
When I type "gksu" in the Alt-F2 launcher, the icon shown is for
Firestarter. Granted, it *is* the program I most often use via this
method but this is slightly confusing at best. It appears to be
different on different machines, too - on another computer it's some
hard drive icon I don't recognize. For consistency and to avoid
confusion, there should probably be a specific gksu icon.
** Affects: gnome-panel (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
Status: New
