Your bug is not clear. You say that it doesn't work on hda3 but that you can't delete from hda3 ... so how is that a bug from the trash? You just don't have the permission to trash from the partition so the trash stay empty -- Trashcan does not work https://launchpad.net/malone/bugs/35565
