I have the exact same problem

I'm using:

here is how to reproduce the problem:
in calculator do the following:
4,0-4,0*10%= 3,6 <=== this is correct
4,1-4,1*10%= 3669 <=== this is bogus
from now on every decimal calculation will give bogus results e.g.
4-0,2= 368
3/4= 0675

Calculator uses 06 in place of decimal
