Tiago, Thanks for the patch. I've moved serpentine to a separate bug number, so I could do a merge of the most recent version from Debian, which closes a few Debian bugs. I have also merged the icon fix that had yet a third bug number in LP. I will take a look at your patch.
This procedure requires a feature freeze exception, but serpentine is queued to be processed.
