I am unable to reproduce this in Gutsy. Judging from your wallpaper you
are in Hardy. Can anyone else confirm this issue?
Could you provide a specific list of steps that will reproduce this
problem? I simply touch'd file01, then touch'd file02, and then touch'd
file03 file04 file05 and none of them overlapped.
