It happens regularly that thunderbird freezes and the force quit dialog comes
up.
I assume this is because thunderbird doesn't kill what it is doing at the moment
of the exit command and tries to wait for say pop-retrieval to finish before
exiting
updated hoary here, but the issue has been bugging me in warty also
